For nearly two decades I've worked alongside founders building ambitious technical companies. 
As companies grew, I naturally ended up owning or producing whatever became business-critical.

I'm especially drawn to founders working on ideas that are intellectually interesting and don't yet have a blueprint. 
Those are the moments when every operational decision, product launch, hiring plan and communication shapes what the company eventually becomes.
